Welcome to GuaridOS. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GuaridOS services, including GuaridMail, GuaridDrive, GuaridVPN, GuaridChat, GuaridAuthenticator, GuaridIdentity, GuaridBrowser, and any related applications, tokens, or websites (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using GuaridOS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use GuaridOS.
By using GuaridOS, you confirm that you meet these requirements and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
2. User Responsibilities
When using GuaridOS, you agree to:
Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
Not upload, share, or store illegal content (e.g., malware, copyrighted material without authorization, or harmful data).
Secure your own wallet, private keys, and recovery phrases. GuaridOS cannot recover lost keys.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Services.
3. Decentralized & Encrypted Services
User Control: All data (emails, files, messages, identity credentials) is encrypted and controlled by you. GuaridOS cannot access or recover encrypted content.
Decentralized Infrastructure: Files and communications may be distributed across decentralized networks (e.g., IPFS). GuaridOS does not own or control those networks.
Zero-Log Policy: VPN and browser activity are not logged. However, you are responsible for your own online activity.
4. Payments and Tokens
Some services may require payments in GuaridOS tokens, stablecoins, or other supported cryptocurrencies.
Payments are final and non-refundable, due to the immutable nature of blockchain transactions.
Token utility may include access to premium features, faster email delivery, additional storage, or VPN bandwidth.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
GuaridOS is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no guarantees that:
The Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or 100% secure.
Data stored on decentralized networks will always be retrievable.
Third-party integrations (wallets, DApps, etc.) will always function without issues.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuaridOS is not liable for:
Loss of data, tokens, private keys, or access credentials.
Damages caused by unauthorized access to your account.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Your use of GuaridOS is at your own risk.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you:
Violate these Terms.
Engage in unlawful or harmful activities using GuaridOS.
You may also discontinue use at any time by disconnecting your wallet and deleting local app data.
8. Changes to the Terms
GuaridOS may update these Terms from time to time to reflect new features, improvements, or legal requirements. Updates will be effective once posted, and continued use of the Services indicates acceptance.
9. Governing Law
